I bought lean stewing beef the other day but the weather is too hot for a stew…somehow the temperature has dropped down this morning and it’s been raining almost the whole day….seem like I can use lean stewing beef.
I’ve decided to slice the meat thin and turned them into a dish where you can used the lettuce to wrap and enjoyed them with buckwheat noodles together…..sounded very simple right? Indeed, sometimes it could be this simple and we don’t really need to think too complicated.
This evening I cooked buckwheat noodles in this way and see jr liked them and finished all. He told me that he can’t stand the taste of buckwheat and I just couldn’t leave it….yeah I am kinda stubborn đŸ™ˆthere must be another way to make jr eat them…I was glad I gave it a try.
It proved that it’s worth trying even when it’s tiring…I mentioned once that some of my dish could turned out to be a failure and that’s ok otherwise I cannot improved myself right. So what are we afraid of? It’s ok to got the chance to fail even it’s painful but it will forms you to be the one you are today…
My stars were: lean stewing beef, carrots, kohlrabi and buckwheat with gruyère cheese
