What do you prefer to eat? I am definitely a fish person..it’s healthy and not that heavy at all. I prefer to steam the fish because that way is more healthy and really nice to eat too. You could really taste it’s original flavor and sometimes it’s good not to add any salt or condiments.
I often do that…eating the fish without any salt and herbs. Trying to taste what you are eating without any distraction of other flavors. Just like our lives, being yourself without any makeup or wearing any brand label. Your beauty will shine through all this.
