Back on board

It’s been a while since I posted my food pictures. I needed a break. I was sorting out old tablewares reorganized my cupboards and buying new plates. Trying to focus on my path.


Besides, baking season has started, therefore I was baking too and sometimes I needed to stop
myself because jr cannot eat all those cakes and breads at once.


Here I used two different type of fishes. One of my favourite is salmon and I used that quite often.
Full of Omega 3 and nice texture to combine with anything. Cooking in different ways won’t make
the fish become boring.


I also love fermented veggies and pickles a lot. The probiotic is good for your bowel and you can
prevent food being wasted and spoilt. You can use them to top up your meal, giving it a refreshing
taste or just eat them with rice, congee and ramen, will also do too.


Like here, it turned my fish in a light spot.


My lovely stars were: organic shake with skin, shake sashimi on beet root, red sole wrapped in nori,
rice on fig sauce and my pickles daikon and ginger
