When you combine asian ingredients with western together, it could be so surprising. Flavours can never be explore to the limit….sweet, sour, bitter and spicy.. I like all four flavours. It somehow reflect how our life is, we experience all those four flavours in our life too whether you like it or not but it’s a life process.
