It had been a while since I worked with turbot. It’s always including a lot of time in preparation. Since I don’t have a big pan, I need either to divide in half or to filleting it in order to match my pan. This time I went for the filleting, which is always a lot o fun and somehow very pleasant too.
I also wanted to foaming again.🙃
As I don’t have a kitchen like in the restaurant. I try to use whatever I have to reach my plan. Otherwise, I will end up with lots of kitchen equipment and my kitchen is already so full of stuffs.
There were still some veggies in the fridge, which urgently need to be cooked. I am very bad in this. I’m very slow in using all those veggies. That’s why I prefer to grow my own veggies, this is a lot easier for me to handle.
I had to control myself to keep focusing in what I was doing. Sometimes I do easily lost in my thoughts and then I am just wandering around wasting times and in the end I miss out one or two superstars. This time I wanted to use all superstars I had prepare.
I would say I succeeded this time. I were a little bit stuck with plating. Otherwise, it was fine.
