Springrolls in another way

What do you usually put in your springrolls? There are various of ingredients and a lot of ways to explore it. I love fusion and as simple as possible. I had some leftover Spaghetti in my fridge and I was thinking how I could give it a new brush up in order not to make it boring. Well, wrap them in nori and rice paper and there it goes…

When you are fasting and still need to cook, wouldn’t that be hard to resist? Yes it should be but somehow when you have a goal, you need to focus on that and nothing can distract you…even when you are weak in your mind…

My stars for today’s lunch were: spaghetti, salsicca ticinese (formed in tiny balls), long beans, carrots, cucumber, nori, rice paper and homemade sauce.
