What I love about cooking is where you can be creative till the limit. Where is your limit anyway? When I watched those cooking youtube videos, I was stunned by their abilities and skills.
I am definitely nowhere but I do enjoy being in my cooking world for that moment. Most important is cooking with YOU is so fun and healing too, whenever I doubted myself if I could cook that pictures in my mind. YOU will always push me slightly and tell me to keep going on trying.
We will easily compare with others but the fact is, everyone is unique and their skills too. As long as you know what you really want and your path is. With whom should you compare then? And why comparing? Don’t lose your sincerity and the reason why you walk this path.
I am more than happy if I could draw 1-2 people to smile because of my food. Just this simple could it be in my cooking world. Silly me…
I had some leftover spaghetti and decided to turn it into something modest and asian like way. The outcome really pleased me and I don’t know about you but it worked for me. I was smiling while eating them.
