Headed and gutted

There isn’t much left when you headed and gutted the sea brass…ok, it was a small one though. I usually would use pangasius fillet to make fish cake. Well I need to admit sea brass wasn’t really that suitable for it but you would never find out if you don’t try right.

Kale is a veggie I really like to eat, it has a bitter taste and a touch of Kai-lan (Chinese Brokkoli). Full with vitamins, mineral and fiber, so I would always buy it whenever I see it.

Blue potatoes gave it a nice colour to the whole meal.

This food presentation tonight was a bit reserved but just as good as it should be.

Could you see how my secret star shine there? It is the best among them. It’s delicious and nutritious too. It may not be noticeabled but the fact is, it’s better than you can imagine.

There are people out there where you would never noticed but once you got a chance to talk with them. Then it just hit you because they are shining so bright and you asked yourself why you didn’t start to notice them earlier. Therefore next time please do say hello to the homeless who come across you and do pay some respect.❤️

Tonight stars were: sea brass fish cake, kale and blue potatoes (Adirondack Blue) and most important my secret star!
