I guess to be a chef you need to have a lot of patience. Well I guess I am impatient but when it comes to cooking don’t know why but I could be patient too…well sometimes my patience had left me and then I ended up in a disaster…fighting inside me with my impatience…what a fight…can you imagine that…kinda odd right?! When the food ended up somehow or the food plating sucked…people would call this “having a bad day”. I would usually call myself being insane again.
Do you know what I had founded in my fridge to cook? Chicken tights, coco beans and leftover rice. Just this simple right? What did you cook?
