Brighten up my eyes

Winter times is kind of dull. I am missing the colours …the green meadow with all the different kind of flowers. Trees with blossoms. Well still a few months to go..

Nevermind I had plated my own colourful plate.

Everything I needed was in the fridge except the fish. A lot of cutting work🙂which I like. Have I told you that cutting veggies is so relaxing? I don’t have to think too much about other stuff only focusing in my cutting. Clearing out all those annoying thoughts and practicing how fast I could cut until I hurt myself. Yeah, sometimes I even cut my finger without noticing it. The clumsy me. 🙈

Beside frying the onions, the rest didn’t need to be cooked. No rushing at all and I spent plenty of time in plating. It’s like a dream. Big thanks to all my stars. They co-operated so well, otherwise I wouldn’t be able to work in peace.

My excellent stars were: smoked and raw salmon, fennels, carrots, rice ball, basil, kohlrabi, pickle daikon, onions and lemon
