Fried rice homies

Whenever I cook rice, I will usually make a lot. As you can reheat or cook them in another way when is needed. This time I go for an easy ordinary meal.

Leftover rice is so useful in any times. Check what you have in your fridge and just combine them together with rice and there you go.

I like to chop all veggies in small pieces to match the rice. I am particularly a nerd in this. Since I have made a few pickles, they needed to give the fried rice some extra touch in flavour. Like I said, salty, sweet and sour are friends.

A spoon full of fried rice in my mouth, where you can feel every single pieces of rice and other ingredients…then the pickle just hit your palate. Your body quivered because of the sourness and then you suddenly realized how the flavour matched each other so well that you wanted another spoon.

My homie stars were: leftover rice, carrots and long beans, veal and pork sausages, daikon-, carrots- and radish prickles
