I have been using less salt in cooking or even leave it out…in order not to have too much water in my eyebags or feet.
I don’t mind to eat blend meal anyway, less is always better.
This time I marinated the chicken without any salt and the result surprised me…the flavor wasn’t that strong and it tasted decent…it was enjoyable to eat. The texture of the tomato powders gave it a touch of sweetness which I like and the cucumber salad gave it a freshness where you didn’t need to feel too stuff.
I have been very busy lately with work and usually I find peace in cooking and recharging my battery then. Last week, I came home late and tried to just cook a meal for jr and that’s it. Every day I could only cook and there is no time for recharging battery as my brain is too tired. I feel sad deep inside and it seems like a difficult year again.
Therefore I have started to run in the early morning on Sunday before heading to the service. I have got a chance to get a better condition and be closed to Abba. Endure in hard times and when you feel weary, He will lift you up again. That’s why I can still smile even being sad.
My simple but adorable stars were: chicken, potatoes and cucumber
