Mixing and exploring

It’s roast chicken time again. I always tried to mix something together to marinate the chicken and I do use some chicken condiments too when I’m running late.

I am a nuts lover and if I got the chance, I will always try to add in any nuts. Sometimes I used hazelnuts, pistachios or almonds etc….this time is cashew nuts..

The result turned out pretty well. I marinated the inside with my leftover wild garlic herbs and on the skin with my mixed together cashew nuts. It had a good flavour. The roasted chicken is all gone.

I seriously need to write down what I had put in my meals. Otherwise I cannot remember it one day…when I am too concentrated in mixing and exploring ingredients…I sometimes do forget everything….guess I am getting old.
