How do you persuade your child to eat something healthy?
Trying to make it more fancy, changing flavour or adding more sauce in order to make it tasty?
There are countless ways and there is no such good or bad ways, as the intention is out of love right. My ways were to let him try all the flavours. The outcome today is that he eats mostly everything and he is more sensitive of flavours….and I got a strict detractor which is bad for me.
