Have you ever tried your best to match the flavor together, where you think it would be so cool when you taste them together in your mouth at once and the combination is just wow. Thinking how you would place the stars together where they could shine in their positions…When you believe you have done that, then you got hit right in your face. I stood there like a little kid and the frustrating me sank in a black whole ….and it was hurting…..
Yes life could be like this sometimes. It wasn’t about my food not being tasty at all…it’s someone who had a bad day… . I got a compliment from another person that it was wow. I made the food for that particular person but it ended up the other way round. Well, I had tried and you cannot always win. My beautiful stars thanks for giving me the chance to work with you and I enjoyed every part.
The stars were: dry age entrêcote, safran risotto, wild garlic butter, pesto rosso butter, celery, potatoes and toast
